Former WBC champ Anthony Dirrell, inching his way closer to title contention, faced off against Norbert Nemesapati, January 13th on PBC on Spike in Miami, FL, Dirrell controled the pace from the opening bell landing shots to the body of Nemesapati. Both men exchange in round 2 but Dirrell was the one who took control with over hand rights that punished Nemesapati. In round 4 Dirrell could smell the blood as he landed uppercuts that caused Nemesapati to stumble. Nemesapati found a way to withstand the punches that Dirrell landed throughout round 6, but it was Nemesapati’s corner that ended the fight.
