Remy has smashed his training during his 6-week stay with us! He entered our gym with minimal weightlifting experience and was a complete beginner in BJJ. Remy’s consistency in weight training sessions with Coach Jay Patto paid off quickly, and not only did Remy become stronger, more functional and a better athlete…. Remy’s body composition drastically improved during his time here. ??
People can sometimes have a misunderstanding when lifting weights, if done correctly, you CAN gain lean muscle tissue WITHOUT looking “too big” or “too bulky”. ??

- rest periods
- exercise selection
