Chingiz Natyrov and Erdi Katompa will compete for the EBP belt at the RCC Boxing Promotions tournament
On March 15, as part of the international Boxing Evening from RCC Boxing Promotions, a title fight for the Eurasian Boxing Parliament champion belt in the weight category up to 55.3 kg will take place between a boxer from Russia, Chingiz Natyrov (7-0, 4 KOs) and a guest from South Africa, Erdi Katompa (6-0-1, 5 KOs).
An experienced Olympic boxer, Chingiz Natyrov from Kalmykia is a master of sports of Russia in boxing, a five-time champion of the Southern Federal District and a bronze medalist of the world championship among students. From 2020 to 2021, he tried his hand at professional boxing, but took it up seriously only in December 2023, when he finished Armen Atayev in his native Elista. In 2024, Chingiz increased the level of activity: he had 3 fights, won 3 confident victories, including two early wins. Now he is entering his first career fight for an international professional title!
