Dillian Whyte returned to the ring last night in Castlebar, Ireland, where he forced Christian Hammer to retire on his stool at the end of round three. This was Whyte's first fight since he outpointed Jermaine Franklin in November 2022. Whyte was set to face Anthony Joshua in a highly anticipated rematch in August last year, but the fight was cancelled a week out due to Whyte returning an adverse finding in a VADA test.
