Dominic Breazeale remained undefeated with a unanimous decision over Fred Kassi in their fight on September 26, 2015 on PBC on NBC. The 10 round fight took place in Birmingham, AL just before the Heavyweight championship fight between Deontay Wilder and Johan Duhaupas. Throughout this fight, both Breazeale and Kassi exchanged blows and at times both fighters seemed like they had their chance to take over control, but the heart and grit of each fighter seemed to perservere. After all was said and done, Breazeale came out on top with the decision from all three judges (97-93, 98-92, 100-90) to the surprise of many, but the fight was entertaining for all fans. When the fight was over, Breazeale spoke highly of his opponent. "Fred's a tough competitor. He came out guns blazing. It was punch for punch, man, match for match. He landed some good shots.
