Matchroom CEO Frank Smith is 50/50 on whether the home of Nottingham Forest, The City Ground, will play host to the potential rematch between Leigh Wood and Josh Warrington. Wood defeated Warrington in October 2023 to defend his WBA Featherweight title by seventh round stoppage, but the stoppage came with controversy, as Warrington claimed he was fit to continue, and was also up on many viewers scorecards.
