Eric Newell and Wesley Triplett showcase on PBC on FS1 on August 23, 2016. The heavyweight match-up was scheduled for 6 rounds.
Triplett was in charge of the fight from the beginning. Newell tried to stand firm but was unable to hold up. Triplett won by TKO in round 3 and improved his record to 4-1 (2 KO's).
