Victor Ortiz and Devon Alexander went to war for 12 rounds, fighting for a chance to move up the welterweight ladder on Saturday, February 17 on PBC on FOX. The fight turned out to be a back-and-forth affair, with Alexander dominating much of the early action. Alexander frequently caught Ortiz charging in with right hands and combinations.
